Refund Policy

At The Courage One Ventures, we aim to deliver high-quality educational programs designed to enhance financial literacy and trading knowledge. By enrolling in our programs, participants agree to the following terms regarding fees, course access, and refunds.

 

1. No Refund Policy

 

All fees paid towards any program, course, mentorship, or educational service offered by The Courage One Ventures are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

This applies to all payments made via UPI, bank transfer, debit card, credit card, payment gateways, or any other mode of transaction.

 

By making a payment, the participant confirms full understanding of the course details and voluntarily agrees to these terms.

 

2. Course Access & Duration

 

Access to course content (recorded sessions, live training, study materials, and community groups) will be granted for a fixed tenure as mentioned at the time of enrollment.

 

No extensions will be provided beyond the agreed tenure, regardless of personal circumstances, incomplete usage, or technical delays from the participant’s side.

 

Participants are expected to complete the course within the access period provided.

 

3. No Rescheduling or Transfers

 

Enrollments cannot be postponed, rescheduled, or transferred to another batch, person, or program.

 

If a participant fails to attend live sessions or complete the course within the access period, no adjustments or extensions will be made.

 

4. Exceptional Cases

 

Refunds will be considered only in rare cases such as:

• Duplicate payments (proof required)

• Technical payment errors (proof required)
